[tech] Mooneye service restored

There was some fairly significant downtime over the weekend - Mooneye was 
off the air from early Sunday morning, causing the loss of our DNS, web, 
and mail services. Unfortunately, one keyholder was in Bali and the other 
at Terracon, so service has only just been restored.

Web and DNS are now operating normally; mail servers which tried to 
connect to UCC should retry over the next 48 hours or so, so no mail 
should have been lost.

Looks like Mooneye is having disk issues: these are the relevant lines 
from the log.
