[tech] Slot 5 'empty' light out on drinks machine

Hi all,

Just letting everybody know that the 'empty' light on slot 5 appears
to be dead. The slot was empty earlier on today (as was slot 1) and
the light didn't come on for slot 5, but did for slot 1.

Apologies if this has already been reported and I missed it. As I
recall, these bulbs burn out fairly frequently...

I remember somebody suggesting a bug-tracking system for the UCC --
does one exist yet? Perhaps that would be a better venue to raise
issues like this in future.
