[tech] Phosphorous reconnected

I got bored with waiting for [AHC] to poke the interaction of Xen and 
VLANs on Mermaid/Mussel, and moved the printer (phosphorous) to the 
clubroom VLAN.

Unforunately, no-one could remember the password, so I reset the 
configuration to edit the access control lists. Printing should now work 
from Mussel again.
