[tech] VirtualBox on one of the linux desktops

My understanding of Microsoft's licensing is that you need a separate
license for each installation. They count a VM as a separate  
installation.
This is really annoying when it's the same bits on the same physical  
drive.

So I guess I'm saying, based on my own bitter experience, that the  
answer
is "nope". We'd need another license to run XP both as a dual-boot OS  
and
in the VM.
