Hi,
Just letting tech know I'm going to pull apart "problematic end  
computer" (that is to say I don't know its name) and redo the heatsink  
placement - just letting you all know so I don't get angry/violent  
phone calls when someone views the webcams.

btw, "problematic end computer" is having issues loading windows, and  
won't let anyone log on to ubuntu. As I have NO IDEA how to fix this,  
could someone else please do it?
