[tech] Half-height rack up for grabs

Hi again,

There has been an old half-height rack sitting in the UCC corridor for 
some time now. UCC hasn't got the room for it and it's not particularly 
useful for servers on rails. If anyone wants it - speak up, otherwise it 
will be thrown out in the near future.
