[tech] [wheel] UCC Status Update 25/3

Wound up more cables; cleared some of the desk; including sweeping up
the glass. Thanks to [TPG], [SLX], matches and Adam.

Some carpet tiles were annoying me; they kept getting in the way when
moving the racks. So I pulled them up (11 in total). Hope this is OK;
AIUI we were writing it off anyway?
