Hi all

 I found another bit missing from the murasoi install - traffic-tester.

 I've set it up as best as I can, but there are a few things that need fixing:

 - the equivalent of
 /home/grahame/svn/ucs.uwa.edu.au/aarnet/iptables/freenets-aggr.txt
 needs to be setup
 - cronjob (or however it is autogenerated) for the above file setup
 - SSL certificate was copied from madako, doesn't seem to be working
 (I don't know about such things)
