[tech] Disks for Mylah

Somehow we managed to miss the PE2650 that was sitting in the machine room 
full of 146G SCSI disks. I've put two of them in mylah and there's two 
spares. The raid on mylah is resyncing as I type, and I'll leave the two 
extra disks in the 2650.
