[tech] Broken Webcam

Have something similar setup at my place, working with ZM. Works
reasonably well, although the camer's dynamic range isn't that fantastic
- need to be careful to position the camera so it has a fairly uniform
light exposure, otherwise it'll lose people as they step out of a light
area into shade.

My camera also doesn't have PoE, although was fairly simple to dodge up
a cable. It also does on-board motion sensing, with ftp upload of
triggered images. Haven't tried this out, but it might by-pass the need
for ZM altogether.
