[tech] New Desktop "rei"

Jon Van Buren [JVB]/[ODF] has donated his old computer (Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 
RAM, 8800GT) to the club, and it has been set up as a Windows 8 install. 
Network logins work and the SOE has been installed.

The name of the machine is subject to change, but JVB is a little 
insistent that this name be kept. I am partial to returning to the DOS 
naming scheme for Windows-only machines (from the wiki: "things 
hellish") and this name .
