[tech] New speakers

So we tested the white PA speakers last night and they just are not up to
scratch (not that loud, poor sound, no bass). After doing some browsing on
the interwebz [BOB] and I agreed that a set of *Logitech Z906* would be
really spiffy. They are powerful, support surround sound as well as
pseudo-mono sound. They can be wall mounted, and support a large range of
inputs, meaning we can use then for movies just as easily as we can for
Robotnik. I believe they came to around $400 and this is a good price for
what we are getting. The advantage of getting these over second hand
speakers is there input options mean we have plenty of room to upgrade
stuff later (eg upgrading Robotnik for optical).

I plan on purposing we buy these speakers at the next committee meeting so
now is the time to shout and kick and scream. ;)
