[tech] File Server Case

I have been "authorised" to return the existing PSU but we will incur a 
number of arbitrary sounding fees (details to committee-only@) so I'm 
not sure how much of a refund we'd end up with.

I'll post it tomorrow or on Friday if committee doesn't complain.
