[tech] File Server Case

I'm afraid that isn't entirely correct, as I explained in the committee
meetings.

we were given a chance to change the order (they tried to get us to buy
a different case instead) and I didn't realise that we'd no longer want
that PSU. So this is my fault, and I'm pretty sure they don't have to
refund us.

I have managed to find the original case we wanted:
http://www.ipcdirect.net/servlet/Detail?no=310
I can't find any stores in Australia, although it is listed in a few but
out of stock.

Now, unless we actually have changed our mind and want a different case
now (sigh), I can buy that one.
Please let me know ASAP if there are any objections.
