[tech] Maaxen HDD Space

When I logged into maaxen last night I noticed that there was virtually no 
HDD space (like 3GB of a 90GB disk). I've had a look and it is Bioshock 2 
and Bioshock Infinite in Steam that are taking up the HDD space. Seeing as 
these files haven't been touched in over 6 months, and they aren't overly 
useful on that server, I will be removing them.
