[tech] New accounts are being created with spaces in the uid

Something about ucc-adduser is creating accounts with the uid equal to the 
full name, rather than the username:

dn: uid=Test User,ou=People,dc=ucc,dc=gu,dc=uwa,dc=edu,dc=au
uid: testem99
uid: Test User

This messes up the apache member config. I deleted the following accounts 
before realising that there was only one LDAP entry, they'll need to be 
recreated: James Griffey, Hsien Jet Lee

Other affected accounts:
xuland3r Liyang Xu
ivan Ivan Roncevich
icecoldbb Benjamin Bell
