Your hotmail address is subscribed to committee, but was disabled at the 
end of November 2015 due to hotmail bouncing email. It seems UWA was on 
some sort of block list at the time:

        5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"OU-001 (BAY004-MC5F35)
        Unfortunately, messages from 130.95.128.73 weren't sent. Please
        contact your Internet service provider since part of their
        network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider
        to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."

I have re-enabled your subscription but there's no guarantee that 
something like this won't happen again, hotmail is pretty notorious at 
dropping email.

I had a quick look and couldn't see any other non-recent members who have 
mail disabled on the committee list, but if others are complaining please 
let us know so we can investigate.
