[tech] [committee] Projector bulbs

Bob raises some good points.

I don’t necessarily disagree, but I will say that the main projector is a
decent piece of kit, isn’t it? 1080p DLP, etc. etc. I doubt we can get
another for free that easily. Mine for example is only 1024x768 native.
