[tech] Wheel Meeting - Saturday 28th Jan

Hello Wheel,

A Wheel Meeting is being held on Saturday 28th January at 10am in the UCC 
Clubroom. The main item on the agenda will be the discussion of the 
business case being presented to the General Meeting later that day 
regarding a potential move of clubrooms / improvements being made to the 
Machine Room.

The business case will be sent out on Monday 23rd January. I will be 
making myself available on irc and by email to answer any questions people 
may have before the meeting.

Other Wheel members are welcome to add more to the agenda for discussion 
by replying to this email, I will keep a record of what is sent through.
