Powersupply don't over do it.
But like in anycase you are getting a pretty good price for that PSU,
so it doesn't super matter.

I also won't try for having a good warrentee.
Powersupplies in Australia always come with a 2 year warranty (its part 
of our consumer protection law).
And 2 years is about how long we (as an organization) can hold onto the 
knowledge of the details to warranty  things (or remember we even have one).

I also think modular power supplies aren't worth it.
Avoiding losing the power modules sucks and it takes up space in the 
clubroom.
And they are basically useless and almost never used.
If we went modular, I suggest throwing out the unused modules, and then 
if we want to shift it to a different machine,
then just buy the new ones we need when we need them.
Or bundle them up and keep them in case with the PSU.

Is there a reason it doesn't have an SSD specced?

I feel the GPU is a bit over priced.
Everything else looks like your getting fairly good deals.

I think having watercooling on at least 1 clubroom machine is great for 
use as a club.
