Hi All,

I upgraded mint on porcupine from 17.3 to 18.3 because I needed a newer 
version of eclipse. All fairly straight forward doing an in-place upgrade 
and then following the existing wiki SOE page (thanks tpg for doing the 
hard yards working out systemd).

Does anyone object to this version of mint being deployed on everything 
and becoming the SOE standard?
