Thanks to [*OX] and [NTU], Motsugo and Mussel have both been upgraded to
Debian 9.0 ("stretch").
I have upgraded Murasoi to the same release, which leaves only Mooneye
running the previous stable version.
These upgrades took effect on February 10 this year.
