[tech] [committee] Parts for sale

The motherboard and CPU are compatible with each other. Both of them use
the AM4 socket which is used in (X/A/B)370 motherboards and Ryzen CPUs.
They are still under warranty and I have no issue with UCC using the parts
for a few weeks to ensure they work.
