[tech] Regulated benchtop power supply

Hi tech,

I'd like to suggest that UCC purchase a good quality, adjustable 
regulated benchtop power supply. They're very handy to have and 
noticeably something which is missing on the project bench. Some 
suggestions below:

  * 0-30V 5A regulated power supply from Jaycar
    (https://www.jaycar.com.au/0-to-30vdc-0-to-5a-regulated-power-supply/p/MP3840)
    - $179
  * or from Altronics
    (https://www.altronics.com.au/p/m8305-powertran-30v-5a-regulated-bench-top-power-supply/)
    - $189 (but possibly down to $155 with VIP card)
  * Or even a 20A option from Altronics
    (https://www.altronics.com.au/p/m8310-powertran-30v-20a-regulated-bench-top-power-supply/)
    - $399
      o Unless there's a very good reason to buy this I'll recommend the
        5A options to committee.

Any thoughts?
