[tech] Mail Client Issue (Mailspring)

Still no luck :(
The IP should be 49.255.140.34 looking at mail.log this is what I see:$ sudo cat /var/log/mail/mail.log | grep "49.255.140.34"

On nick’s advice I have now tried sudo grep - iw 7953 /var/log/mail/mail.log which gave me:Sep 30 10:50:45 mooneye postfix/smtpd[7953]: warning: hostname hosting-by.directwebhost.org does not resolve to address 45.227.253.130: No address associated with hostname

Yep - possibly until someone's keen to try to set up a workable
bugtracker again. I suppose there's gitlab?

I take it that the general issue is that IMAP logins work fine to
motsugo?; but SMTP AUTH (sending mail) to mooneye fails, with the same
configured username:password?

What exact time were these tests taken? or can you find the matching
mooneye:/var/log/mail.log entries for the mooneye server side? I'm not
finding it with the string "tranquility".
