[tech] [wheel] Forge+Sponge Minecraft Server

Mostly just block/item and other conflicts I hope can be resolved with some
config changes.

I can stop by the club now and resolve it if someone has server access?
It's the last popular mod I plan to add so the next thing I guess is do a
deploy and sort out admin priveleges.
