[tech] Reducing entropy on mooneye - UCC and UniSFA wikis moved from mooneye to mussel

Hi folks

I think mussel is a good candidate as any for getting it off mooneye. Though I feel it would probably be an interim home for it, and longer term it probably needs it's own VM or something similar.

Who's the best contact of the flame users to tell about the move? Andrew?
