[tech] Personal VM creation

Hi all,

Just letting you know I spun up a new personal VM for myself last week. 
It's exists as 'jimbo-bluering' in Proxmox, hostname is 'bluering' and 
it's reachable via 'bluering.ext.arccos.me'. A few more details:

  * IPv4 130.95.13.190 / v6 2405:3c00:5200:102::190, assigned statically
    and entered in ucc.machines
  * Reverse DNS hosted at UCC via ucc.machines
  * Forward DNS through my own hosting
  * Port 22 opened in ucc-fw, fail2ban sshd jail running on bluering,
    public key auth only
  * Own firewalling via UFW, only allowing in UCC, UWA and my home IP range
  * Running Debian 10, 2 vCPUs and 2 GiB RAM assigned

If anyone else on wheel wants a key on there, just let me know. I just 
live-migrated it to Magikarp from Medico, too, so that's pretty neat.
