[tech] Desktops slow due to Folding at home

If you're logging in to one of the clubroom desktops while Folding at home 
is still running, it can be very slow. That's because although it's able 
to be deprioritized on the CPU, it's still using most of the GPU.

You can stop it by having someone on sprocket run `sudo systemctl stop 
FAHClient`.
