[tech] Incident INC0467345 / INC0468212 -- Cloudflare DNS breaking mooneye.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au name resolution

This ticket is not resolved and should not be closed.

If I understand correctly, a future change on or around 2020-07-02 is
expected to affect this issue; however:

  * this has not yet happened; and

  * this update states that the ticket will be automatically closed on
    2020-06-22 unless replied to; and

  * it is unclear what the exact upcoming change is and UCC lacks
    direct visibility into the live status.

We have been told that "a simple service request" of this type to Uni IT
"will typically be resolved within a day or two"; however it has not been
resolved and the question asked in the previous update to this issue,
2020-05-12, has not been answered:

  * Could you please advise who can currently make fixes to UWA's
    Cloudflare Enterprise DNS records?
