[tech] I've borked the graphics driver on Cobra's Mint install

Hello all,

In trying to get CUDA libraries working on Cobra, I seem to have borked the graphics driver. I installed:
nvidia-cuda-toolkit

python3-pip

also: pip3 install pytorch

nvidia-cuda-dev

added a developer.download.nvidia.com ppa

libcudnn7

libcudnn7-dev

cuda

I imagine uninstalling that stuff and reinstalling the graphics driver may fix it, I just didn't have time to try that at the time.
