[tech] Cloudflare DNS breaking mooneye.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au name resolultion

Hello support,

Could you investigate why resolving `mooneye.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au` via a 
recursive lookup returns cloudflare's IPs instead of 130.95.13.9?

Investigation using `dig +trace`shows that for 
`mooneye.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au` Cloudflare's DNS servers answer with a pair 
of cloudflare IPs, while for any other host (e.g. 
`murasoi.ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au`) they serve the `ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au` SOA 
(which leads to correct name resolution)

Interesting note: The supposedly equivalent mooneye.ucc.guild.uwa.edu.au 
DOES appear to work correctly.
