[tech] UCC Meetings server (web/video conferencing) now available

Hi all,

I've just installed BigBlueButton, an LGPL web conferencing system in a
new VM. I used bbb-install.sh which automates the install, and customised
greenlight (the web frontend, which is written in rails) to only accept
LDAP auth. Once you log in, you can be assigned roles.

The server should be good for a few hundred simultaneous users. Anyone can
join a room once it's started by its owner (if they have the link), or you
can put an access code (PIN) on the room.

I've set this up my work (a school) for use in case we get closed, so I
figured it would be useful for UCC and other Cameron Hall clubs. It's
probably got better latency than any other service since none of them will
be hosted in Perth.
