[tech] AD doesn't have mail: attribute populated for old users

They did have it in LDAP, and new users are getting it set in 
ucc-adduser-ad. Shall I just run a script to populate it for everyone who 
doesn't have it already?

I ran across this because Greenlight (the BigBlueButton rails frontend) 
logs users by email address
