[tech] UniSFA Remote access to UCC for streaming

Felix,

I'd suggest that UniSFA uses the recently-created 
http://meetings.ucc.asn.au service,
with the event organizer sharing their screen to attendees. This should 
work well for
this purpose (I believe that UCC is planning on using the same service 
to run online
tech talks).
