[tech] UCC Needs new PCs, what parts should we use?

Hey all,

We'll be running "Build and Break a PC" soon-ish (~2 weeks) and it would
be good to do the annual clubroom PC replacement. We're doing 2+2=4
computers this year, so I'm thinking do 2 now and hold another such
event next semester.

We need parts though! Ideally able to be bought from Perth PC component
stores. Should you have any ideas / parts lists, please chime in 🙂.
