Hi Nick,

Good news, just heard back from the APNIC helpdesk and there was a 
button down the bottom to add a new field for the remarks after all. 
I've added the certificate as an extra line now.

So, we should be good to proceed to the next steps of 
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-byoip.html 
whenever you're ready. Given it can take up to a week to provision, I 
think it'd be a good idea to kick that process off soon and hopefully it 
can be ready to use next week?
