[tech] Molmol drive replacement

Hi all,

After the zfs snapshots were backed up to wobbegong, [I2N] and I 
replaced one of the mirror drives on mirror-7, which was formerly 
degraded. We also installed sas2ircu to help identify the drives. Drive 
replacement went smooth, zpool replace is currently resilvering the 
vdev. Expected to finish sometime during the night, the other drive will 
be replaced tomorrow morning.
