Additional info: East Digital won't provide us a receipt for some reasons which are not quite convincing, however Ebay and PayPal might provide us some safety guarantees.
We aim to place the order before the end of semester 1 (to apply for sem1's grant), and the current budget approved for this purchase is A$1550 for 96TB total storage (36TB for each, and 2 units for cold spares).
