[tech] Server donation to UCC - Dell OEMR XL R640

Hi Everyone,

It's that time of year again - Merry EOFYS! (I jest)

Anyway, so it's on the record, I have donated to UCC a 1U Dell OEMR XL R640 server (a whitebox PowerEdge R640 with SilverPeak branding), with service tag 8RQNN23, and the following specifications:
 * CPU: 2x Intel Xeon Gold 5118 2.3GHz CPUs (12C/24T, 10.4GT/s 2UPI, 16.5M Cache, Turbo, HT (105W)) * RAM: 8x 16GiB RDIMMs (16GB, 2666MT/s, 2RX8, 8G, DDR4) * Storage: 2x 480GB Wintec SATA SSDs (W2SS480G2TA-PA1AAB-8Q4-SP)
 * The server's backplane also supports SAS and is seemingly U.2-capable. * Networking:
 * 1x Dedicated iDRAC (BMC/IPMI) port. * 4x 1Gbps RJ45 Ethernet ports * 2x 10Gbps SFP+ ports (via an Intel X520 DA2 NIC I added in)  * 2x 10Gbps SX/SR LC fibre ports (via a Silicom PE210G2BPI9-SRD-SD Ethernet Bypass NIC with an Intel 82599ES controller)
I might also be able to supply some rails for this soon, as I have a bunch of rail kits I've rescued at work, but which are still at work (for now).
I will check if any of these are compatible, and if so, donate them as well.

Finally, my intention with this server is for UCC to replace one of its aging Proxmox hosts with something much newer, however it's ultimately up to UCC as to how it gets used.
I'm happy to get this set up and deployed for whichever use-case we want it for.
