[ucc-announce] Further Special General Meeting details

The Special General Meeting will be held in the UCC loft at 6pm on
Wednesday October the 6th.

[SAM] will not be resigning from the committee, contrary to the previous 
announcement.

This means the following positions are vacant -
   Secretary, due to resignation of [DJL]
   One Ordinary Committee Member position, due to resignation of [MJH]
(both due to relocation to Sydney)

Notices of motion will be sent out on Friday night and placed on the club
notice board, as mentioned previously.
