[ucc-announce] Special General Meeting Agenda

Hello,

As previously announced, a Special General Meeting has been called and
is scheduled for Friday August 4 at 6pm.  I'm required to inform you
of the agenda for the meeting, and as no further submissions were made
for the agenda, it remains at one item of business.

That item is:  "to discuss and deal with the non-attendance of the UCC
committee to meetings."
