[ucc-announce] General Meeting

This is a notice of UCC's forthcoming General Meeting.  It will be held on
Friday August 17 at 6pm in the Cameron Hall Loft.  The agenda includes
Election of Secretary and Election of Fresher Representative.  If you
have an item you would like to put on the agenda you should email me
privately.  Nominations for Secretary and Fresher Representative are open
and will be accepted until the election. 

At the conclusion of the meeting everyone is invited to attend the 27th
Birthday pre-dinner drinks at The Last Drop.  It would be greatly
appreciated if eveyone interested in attending the Birthday Dinner at the
University Asian Restaurant could email committee so we can get an idea of
numbers.
