[ucc-announce] UCC AGM 2001

In accordance with the constitution, the University Computer Club 2001
Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 16th March 2001 at 1pm in
the Guild Meeting Room, 2nd floor guild building.

Nominations are now open, and will close at the meeting. Nominations can
be mailed to committee@ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au or made at the meeting.

The agenda will be announced on or before Monday 12th March by the
Secretary via email and posted on the noticeboard next to this notice.

Topics intended to be discussed at the meeting must be posted on the
noticeboard next to this notice on or before Monday 12th March. Motions
emailed to committee@ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au before this date will be posted
next to this notice by the secretary.

It is anticipated that the agenda will include:
 o Report by 2000 committee
 o Election of 2001 committee

The quorum shall be 10 ordinary members.
