[ucc-announce]Door Meeting and Clean Up

Hi,

We are having a cleanup and door group meeting this Saturday.  12pm to
3pm.

If you have any desire to be in door at any stage this year, it would be
nice to see you there so you can convince us you are committed to keeping
the room tidy.

The exact time of the door meeting as part of the cleanup is yet to be
defined :)

We will also discuss the bin rostering and further duties.
