[ucc-announce] UCC 28th Dinner

This Friday night (the 23rd of August), UCC will celebrate its 28th year
of existence.

The details:
When: Friday, 23rd August, 8pm.
Where: Cafe Spiaggia, Cnr Esplanade and Manning Street, Scarborough (just
by the beach, the Rendezvous Observation City, the Stanford Arms and the
Lookout)
How much: $25, set menu
RSVP:  Email dinner@ucc by Wednesday.  Booking essential.

Vegetarian options will be available and we will work on getting a Vegan
option as well.

Last year's event was a great evening with a lot of alcohol, a bit of food
and then a lot more alcohol.  No reason why it won't be the same this
year!  We will probably meet at the Stanford Arms for drinks before and
after.

PS For those who have been around a few years, chinnery is back in town
and should hopefully be coming.  He's looking a little different (I didn't
recognise him at first) and a lot more intelligent, so it's a good
opportunity to say hello.
