[ucc-announce] Reminder: the ucc-announce@ucc.gu.uwa.edu.au list still exists!

ucc-announce is an announce list that goes to everyone who has a UCC
account. While its principle role is to carry constitutionally-required
messages from the committee to members, it's also useful for announcements
of major club (and club-related) events.

So if you're announcing an event of some calibre, consider if the club
would benefit from using ucc-announce (instead of just the main UCC list).
Note that it's too awkward to routinely send catch-up messages to those on
ucc-announce who don't get the main UCC list, so it's best to send
appropriate mesages to ucc-announce first off.
