Hey all,

This turned out being slightly long, so here are some informative
headings. ;P

************* GENERAL REMINDER/INFORMATION ****************

As you should all know, the Cameron Hall Charity Vigil is on this Friday
17th September, starting at 7pm. Everyone should come, have fun and
support Youth Focus. Everyone should of course have a sponsorship form,
but if you don't, you can grab one at either:
http://chas.ucc.asn.au/Vigil2004.doc
or
http://chas.ucc.asn.au/Vigil2004.ps
and do some last minute pestering of relatives/workmates. Remember, it's
all for the noble cause of youth suicide prevention, so there aren't many
people who don't feel like helping out.

Also, if you know anyone who isn't on any of these lists/doesn't check
their email, remind them that the Vigil is on and, if necessary, drag them
along.

************* FOOD INFORMATION ****************

There will be FREE PIZZA arriving at around 8:30, so if you want food, be
there. There will also be breakfast in the form of FREE MUFFINS (many of
which will be chocolate. Mmmm chocolate.) for those people able to stick
around all night.

************ LAN INFORMATION ******************

There will be computers available for anyone to use at the LAN, so not
owning a decent PC is no excuse for not coming. Naturally there will also
be a selection of consoles available for those who feel like it.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you are bringing your own PC to the LAN, please
have it setup before 3:30pm OR after 5pm. If you have a computer in
Cameron Hall in between those two time, we don't want to know about it. ;P

************* OTHER EVENT INFORMATION ****************

Both Unisfa and UWAnime are going to have a screening schedule posted on
the night so you can decide what to watch.

UCS are doing a Music Appreciation/Card games thingy, involving both card
games and jam sessions catering to various musical tastes, so if you are
musically inclined, feel free to pop into the newly sterilized UCS
clubroom.

************* RAFFLE REMINDER/INFORMATION ****************

Throughout the night there will be a raffle, with the prize being a
huuuge $70 Co-op book shop voucher, so make sure you bring plenty of gold
coins. ;)
Also, note that the raffle doesn't get drawn until the early hours of the
morning. So, if you have to leave early, make sure you leave your tickets
with someone who will still be there. If no-one comes forward when a
number is drawn, we just draw again.

*******************************

That's about all I can think of at the moment. Anyway, the Vigil should be
great fun, and the more people we get, the more money Youth Focus will end
up with, all of which they desperately need. So even if you can only come
for a couple of hours, drop by, grab some pizza and socialise for a
bit. ;)

P.S. For those who remember the sign-in book horror of last year, rest
assured that things will be much easier this year. ;)
