[ucc-announce] /home downtime Friday night

/home will be going down for migration to martello, the new(ish) dual
opteron sata fileserver sometime after 7:30pm Friday 8th April (ie
tomorrow night). The downtime should only last an hour or so, but during
this time email, home directories, personal websites and logins to
mermaid, morwong and mussel will be unavailable.
