For those of you unable to make it into the clubroom, a PDF of the
member form is available online:

Membership prices have not gone up. There are some additional membership
types. Associate clubs membership does include the Curtin society (even
though it's not listed), it currently does not include anything out of
the state. Event only membership is only for non-UWA students, who do
not want a machine account (this is probably not for anyone who will be
mailing in their form).

Please ensure to give a valid address so that we can return your
membership card to you by mail.

If you wish to make any alternative arrangements, contact the UCC
